Feminist Film Manifests V

The hegemonic cinematographic representation of voyeuristic, fetishistic and – finally – invisibilizing practices of women’s experience related to their bodies, has its equivalent in the practices of filmic feminisms. In this edition, we present some foundational pieces of a dissident feminist counter-cinema, which has reversed the established canons and has focused on new expressions of pleasure, sexuality, reproductive health and its political defense, and the discussion of gender binarism.
